To book a Class you need a complete profile, your agreement to the Waiver & Terms, the one-time Membership Fee, and enough Credits for the Class. Credits are the only way to pay for a Class.
Every Class needs a minimum number of participants to run. Shortly before the Class starts, LASA counts who is booked in and either confirms or cancels it.
If the Class runs, your booking is confirmed and it uses your Credits.
If it does not, the Class is cancelled and your booking is voided.
LASA can also cancel a Class at any time. Either way, the Credits go back to the Packages they came from, and those Packages keep their original expiry dates. A returned Credit does not extend a Package, and a cancelled Class returns Credits rather than money.
You can cancel your booking until the cancel-by time shown on it. That time is shortly before the Class starts, and it is the same moment LASA confirms or cancels the Class. After it passes, you can no longer cancel the booking yourself.
Cancelling returns your Credits to the Packages they came from.
Attendance is a record only. A Class that runs uses your Credits even if you are marked absent.
